We place a huge emphasis on executing a smooth and stress free delivery of your OHMM outdoor furniture with our in-house White Glove Delivery service. You have invested time, effort and money in your search and selection of your outdoor furniture and it will be a key addition to your outdoor sanctuary and life for many years to come.

THAT SUITS YOU

Our fulfilment team delivers Mon to Fri 10am – 5pm and on Sat 10am – 1pm. We will schedule a time and a date that suits you – within a 2 hour time slot. Our team will call you when they are on their way – usually around 30 mins before delivery.

We don’t outsource. We tried that when we first started up but quickly brought it in-house. We take time to recruit, train and monitor our team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of your OHMM outdoor furniture. They understand their role is a critical part of your customer journey with OHMM.

UNWRAP AND
ARRANGE PLACEMENT
& CLEAN UP

Our fulfilment team will unwrap and arrange placement where you want your OHMM outdoor furniture to go and make adjustments accordingly. We will tidy up all packaging and remove it from your premises, as well as ensure all items are 100% in perfect condition and answer on any questions you may have.
