WORLD CLASS QUALITY
QUALITY IS IN OUR DNA
From the quality of our designs in both form and function – to the quality of the materials – to the quality of our manufacturing – to the quality of marketing to our customer service and after sales service. It all adds up to produce world class products and a world class experience.
BEST MATERIALS | BEST PRACTICE
We only use the best quality materials available in the industry – from extruded virgin aluminium with a 1.65mm or 2.2mm gauge. Industry superior structural frames constructed with strongly welded joints to ensure maximum strength. All frames are fully electrostatically powder coated to avoid any oxidation and in a colour similar to that of the fibre.
We use the best fibre available in the world – RAUCORD from Rehau®. The fibre is manufactured using renowned German engineering know how and production technology. Rehau® has been active in polymer processing since 1948 and is one of the pioneers of polymer manufacturing. No other company can claim such experience and heritage.
However, using the best materials available are only half the story. We put a huge emphasis on employing the ‘best of the best’ craftsman in the industry. From framers to weaving – which is expertly done by the exceptionally talented Cebuano weavers producing an exceptionally tight and tidy finish – envied within the industry. We just don’t finish the outside of the item to perfection; even the underneath is finished to the same standard.
We have stringent quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process – from framing to powder coating – weaving to final finishing – and a final QC check by very experienced QC officers. Only then are our products ready for packaging. Each piece is wrapped by hand using bubble wrap with the corners protected with cardboard.
Now, that’s all because quality is in our DNA.
FOOD FOR THOUGHT
We understand that purchasing decisions are driven by choice, quality of build, durability, design, functionality, low maintenance, and after sales service – at affordable prices.
However have you ever purchased based mainly on price alone – only to regret it later? Quality does come at a price, but there is solid rationale behind it. Cheap furniture creates cheap impressions, maintenance headaches and an eyesore. And then having to purchase all over again one or two years time? Buying cheap is a false economy.
